    From what I have learned over the years is that a stock is worth what someone is ready to pay for it. No more no less.

    So far no one has showed up with a higher bid.

    So the stock is worth what PAN is ready to pay for.

    MMW management can say what they want but what other alternatives are they offering beside saying do not accept the offer... lol
