The Filipino firm said that the transaction would be completed pending the satisfaction of certain conditions including termed documentation, confirmatory due diligence, and regulatory and government approvals.
My reading from a few sources infer that government approvals should be A-OK. Due dilligence....NOT sure
EDC appears confident in their proposal with HRL and hopefully tomorrow all will be finalised.
