re: Ann: Withdrawal of 249D Notice and Change... Maybe you read the announcement wrong. From what I can see, the current HOA will not proceed but they will renegotiate with Sumitomo and the other interested company or companies. This is what Tsang was after but it leaves Ken Pettit on the board who had experience in mining law and is associated with Esperance Port.
