Thanks for the top 40 LIST, i think a lot of answers are contained within this list.
I advise that l am on the list of 40 and l am not selling.
Important question, 5,434,098 shares (3.75%) are held by shareholders outside the top 40.
The 40th largest shareholder holds 50,000 shares.
I am guessing therefore that the median amount of shares held by the shareholders that control the 5,434,098 (3.75%) is say 15,000 shares each (remember its not possible for any of them to hold more than 50,000 otherwise they would be in the top 40).
Based on this assumption there would be 362 individual shareholders contained within the 5,434,098.
I also believe that not many of these shareholders will be off shore holders (other than NZ) and therefore not too many will or take up the offer or be sellers of the stock.
We therefore get to the top 40.
How confident are we that out of the top 40 list we have at least 10% of the portfolio held by non acceptors or sellers.
Which shareholders can we say with absolute certainty are not in the WNI camp.
Really interested in your collective thoughts.
