I don't think they will delist from the ASX for a simple reason.
For if they do delist and we haven't accepted their dunny role deal and they are nowhere near 90%, then even if we were dumb enough to accept it later on, we probably can't do so.
So everyone gets stuck.
However, if the delisting allows WNI to make a seperate deal to the remaining 15%-18% of the share holders left, then it's probably the outcome we want.
