My apologies to any one I may have offended by my posts, that was not my intention.

From my perspective, as BMG is in a JV with CAP on its Hawsons iron project which is CAP's major asset, the outcome of the BMG litigation is relevant to CAP. I feel this is confirmed by announements of CAP which make specific reference to this litigation.

The source of the information for my comments are public, generally from the Commonwealth Courts Portal and Austlii. Links to both for the initial court case and the appeal are below. Other documents filed in the matter are available to the public at cost from the Federal Court and I have obtained some documents by this method.

    The links are:

I previously posted "I assume that the notice of appeal is in respect to the overall appeal, and not a new appeal such as appealing about the restructure of the board of BMG to allow a sale of their interest in Hawsons." I wish to withdraw that comment as I no longer hold that view. Posting my current view seems to get moderated so I will not post that.

Thank you to the moderator for the more detailed explanation for why the post was moderated.

Apologies again to any one that may have been offended.
