Ah Roz - he's a Geo - do you want to withdraw your last statement!!lol
Time will tell - not enough info has been provided to the market. The question is being asked on the EGO forum - did he act in the best interests of the share holders of EGO?
Is there a conflict being MD of one company and Chair of the other when such a transaction occurs?
The companies have only recently shared the same office??
His son is the recently appointed CEO of KEY?
The water appears very muddy - lets hope all this can be cleared in an efficient manner to allow both companies to move ahead in a productive manner.
