We know that ASIC are having a go at Mercorella over his behaviour at another entity.

This should have been disclosed, in my opinion, under the corporate disclosure provisions, but it doesnt affect LIO as a company.

There might be things we dont know about, but on the other hand, these might also be technical FSR breaches and it's all a storm in a teacup.

The sale of Tacnas' Cooper Basin interests were a sale, not a wind-up ...

At the end of the day, Oseil is far, far more important to LIO than Mercorella is. While I think he did a good job rescuing Kalrez, I believe the company would be better served by another CEO.
