Trees, LJ have 17,857,143 ordinary shares bought @ .0056 (lucky ducks!) however, some of these shares have already been sold- and it is why they sold into .006 today- they still get a profit from doing so. I have been counting the LJ share sales since they last got a wad of them. It helps to see when they have finished selling, because that is when people can buy- and buy they have been! There is a lot of support by the market for this capital raising- I have watched UXA for quite some time (got sold to today- thanks La Jolla!) I don't think anyone else is selling, except for them. It's unfortunate timing to have them in, because there is a consistent seller. However, in the "window of opportunity" when the CR was announced, there were plenty of buyers @ .008c. Then LJ got two allocations and we now sit @ .006.

An anecdote: when ISN raised funds and had Patersons underwriting, they had as a clause, that ISN's own form of LJ- Bergen- were not able to sell shares during the raising time. It certainly took pressure off the SP and the raising was successful.

LJ will run out of this lot of shares soon enough, because the market will buy them. There's 7 trading days left until the 5th April, the closing date. Given that this share has a good amount of liquidity and market interest, if they ever got rid of LJ, this one would fly, imo.
