Mr. Sism,
Everyday I am reading Andre Kuipers blog,who is a member of the ISS crew. Space debris might have been part of today's sp rise. but to me it looks like there is something more going on there. Volume is increasing.
Also before the ISS space debris encounter there were days of more than half a million shs traded. So there must be more reasons behind increased volume in the stock than only a space debris encounter with ISS.
