re: Ann: Becoming a substantial holder in FMS... Reuters reported on the 21st of November that Victor is considering buying FMS.

FMS went to trading halt on the 23rd of November.

If you look at the buying of the DB group, the first transaction was on the 21st of November, on the same day that Victor had a reported meeting about FMS. My bet is that DB is buying up shares for Victor, as it is unlikely that someone else started to buy on the same day as Victors decision to buy FMS
