In 1 month 2,647,979 (1.83%) more shares - they will need more time. Maybe at 75,1% they will (surprise) accumulate a package of 4.9% of some HK or Singapore based shareholders.
Remarkable: in recent trading days (10/02/12 to 16/03/12) short selling was substantial higher than the month before (av. 7.3% versus 1,1%), especially on 16/03/2012 516,705 (49.4% of total volume 1,046,105) daily gross short sales are reported by ASX. (last announcement of change in substantial holdings on 16/02/2012)
On 19/03/2012 and 20/03/2012 volume drops and no short sales at all.
I assume that they and their ‘partners’ try very hard to get as much shares on market as possible and same time sell in order to soften the share price.
It will change substantially when others start some serious buying.
