What BOA is doing is very non transparent.
Why would you peg at these levels?
Either more bad news or some one is loading with the help of BOA.
PLA comments regarding Panton, suggests to me they may be focussing on this project rather than current issues. WHY?
Maybe they suspect as to what is occurring on their registry.
So many ifs.
If some one popped up and offered 0.24 a share they would probably get it.
