I understand the palliative care thing. I am more thinking about the SI's. With the SP @ 55c-57c currently, and having dropped every day for, well, forever, there must be some kind of PLAN! SI's have an important place in the market- sort-term loans, really, and the market can't just have them going broke. CPS Securities put them in there- now what?
