Ann: $3.1 Million Capital raising and Appendix 3B, page-5

re: Ann: $3.1 Million Capital raising and App... I would wait until after the 21/3 to buy into this company IMO. 42.5 million shares bought by sophisticated investors and the like entering the market at 4.0c a share - what price will they be willing to flip them for?

I thought I read in an earlier announcement they were hoping to fund this with the 71.8m options - although I guess the directors / investors weren't willing to invest at that level? Maybe I am mistaken?
