They are what you say"in the right project, in the right place and at the right time". Energy is the hottest sector currently, Mississippi and Kansas is the right place to be in, looking at AUT,RFE and SEA and currently oil at $106 per barrel is nothing to laugh about.
So for previously disappointed holders, there are something to smile about now.IMHO
