    the math on that doesn't quite work. 8000 shares sounds a little light on. JRL has approx 30m shares. EnergyMetals is looking to offer 12m shares. there are substantial holders on the register of JRL so i presume that the minimum offer will be 8000 but the offer will be 1:3 or thereabouts. fingers crossed for me.
