The consolidation may or may not have an impact on the SP (I tend to agree that it usually gives more room for reduction in price) but the real question is "can Ed make it work"?
My guess is that $20M (or whatever is left after all the fees, payouts etc.) will not be enough. There are still payments outstanding to suppliers, a power station to bring up to scratch, a mine to dewater equipment to maintain and development to be carried out. Given the progress at WL/Calvert and the ore being mined, developed stocks must be starting to dwindle. I hope that they can make it a goer; it is a great resource with a lot of potential.
