I don't think this is being dumped. I think this is a sting by foreign companies trying to destroy one of the last zinc miners left in Australia, while the zinc price is down.
Australians are just too stupid to realize it and prevent it from happening.
However, there are enough including the Chinese that come the 11th hour will prevent it from happening.
Why? They need the zinc. Pure and simple!
