I remember when the Oban u3o8 was discovered.

A simple weak acid solution like Coca Cola would be used to dissolve the u3o8 and it could be easily collected.

The array to recover the u3o8 would be replicated cheaply many times such that CUY would be a large low cost producer of u3o8.

The sales of the uranium would provide healthy dividends that the 50% owner (HAV) would use to develop gold and copper projects near by.

What has gone wrong?
