They should hurry up and arrange a merger with boundary bend. Perhaps they could surivive togethor, but I have my doubts that RLA will survive alone. All it would take is one failed (as opposed to bad) harvest and they are gone.
Asian expansion may save them, something they should have turned to two years ago.
Any capital raising at that share price will be really dilutionary.
