I'll choose to ignore your presumptious demeanor... a former advisor who worked his guts out to try to keep mgmnt on a productive trajectory has gone out of his way to supply useful information and to attempt to find support, both funds & in kind... suffice to say he's now only contacted when mgmnt wants something from him and otherwise ignored or left out of the loop... this doesn't engender confidence especially with knowledge of who continues to enjoy support to stay on that board!
