I have to agree with Legume on this. I get a bit tired of management milking these small cap companies at the expense of the share holders.
Under their current lucrative salaries I would expect them to get the mine up and running and I would expect them to increase the size of the resource. These are not achievements over and above the call of duty besides they are running at least 3 months behind production schedule and they still ask for bonuses.

How does the average shareholder get a bonus for putting their money on the line?? We are still carrying all the risk..

Lets get this mine up and running making a motsa for all shareholders before we talk about bonuses or if we are to issue options make them in the $2.50 range no less.
