They've done nothing beyond what they said they'd do, in fact they've done less than what they said they'd do :)

The managers also have lots of shares in the company, heck in the early days they had 30% of the company.

Heck, weren't they approved performance/bonus options at the AGM? why do they want more... greed! :)
