With all respect, is your opening question a serious one Bahar? I think it would be easier to sell it after the scoping study IF it is good. So is he hedging his bets by getting the money in the hand now at the cost of more dilution?? Big dogs don't punt and a positive scoping study would attract significant investment you'd think. The ONLY way this will be good is if it is at current levels to an institution. Anything else and you're kidding yourself that management did this remotely well.
