Is there any solid evidence that they are converting 30% into orders? They've been using this line for a while.
Long term things may improve, one-off expense of the new plant is out pf the way and they may be well positioned to secure some new orders.
Last stats i saw stated more rigs and drilling to take place, which also means a bigger market for parts and servicing
