    Their recent announcement stated that the "prospects of a further equity return to shareholders is remote".

    Ah well lets sit back and wait for our 1/4c distribution.

    The MDs name is "Blight" and they call themselves a "specialist real estate investment manager". Wonder if they see the humour in that. I dont!
