Yes one could ask for an explanation for GP bonus,given the parlous state of the company.
Are we at the 100 SHrs extroadinary meeting point yet?

The key asset IMHO will be the 8% Mansounia we will own after the farmdown for which we get$500K.

Considering the circa $16-$17.5 million million lost while trading pru,will the 8 % from the Mansounia eventual sale get us back to a "brake even point"

One things for sure I will be attending the AGM and I will be asking for GP's resignation,considering who owns the majority of the shares ,it probably wont happen but nonetheless I'll be asking for it.
