All of the company's costs are in AUD, but it will sell most of its product in USD. Therefore, as the AUD appreciates against the USD, it becomes less competitive to those with USD costs and the revenue becomes less valuable, so I think it makes a big difference. I believe it has hedging in place at AUD/USD 0.85 to cover revenue forecast to 30 June 2012, but after that it will need to lock in new hedging arrangements at less attractive rates.
