so after 3 years of yohann and his mates bringing share price down from 50c to 5c thru their incompetence and wasting money on trustdefender and china gas bottle contract...they are now trying to rip off shareholders with a low 10c bid approved by chairman as "representing COMPELLING VALUE". what a joke. these guys shud all be put in jail!
