Not sure that was the point I was making. I was simply responding to an earlier post which suggested that KEY would do well out of the deal, which I agree.
A reverse takeover under the right arrangement can benefit both parties imo.
Why would CM give away some decent assets to KEY for peanuts, that is not exactly doing the right thing by EGO shareholders.
At the end of the day, I may have completely misread the situation.
However I cannot see how KEY and EGO can remain separate entities without endless conflict of interest claims. I remember TE leaving KEY for something far less.
