You forgot to mention that KEY shareholders would have a nice slice of EGO's Perth Basin assets including the two back to back gas/condensate discoveries in EP389. A gas supply contract with Alcoa from same discoveries. EGO holds the largest area of permits in the Perth Basin. Then there are the Carnarvon Basin permits.
I would suggest KEY holders would greatly benefit from a reverse takeover even if diluted.
