Am just starting to research this company. Have just found this article dated 28 January 2012:-

This article concerns me-not only because of allegations of human rights abuses but also because of the difficulties that local opposition to mining operations can cause. Have learnt tough lessons on other stocks such as Indophil where some locals oppose what would otherwise be a highly profitable project.

I suppose this is West Papua, Indonesia (not the Philippines with staunch church opposition to mining) and vested interests and $ can make projects work here.
