Ah well, the Tanzanian government have taken a very soft approach by maintaining the status quo in favour of the Songo gas operator.
The GoT will ask for US$20m back and allow Orca to continue as they were. I'd love to see the GoT come out and lay down the law regarding access to the gas plant and pipeline.

Last I'd read the pipeline between KN#1 and Songas is due for completion in March, no updates about this though so I don't know how we are progressing and there is still no news on the contracts front, ie gas sales contracts and gas plant and pipeline usage charges.
