Simple, OEL go and ask for an extension to the drilling timeframe, stating, that even a super company like BHPP can't secure one then there must be a shortage of drill rigs available...a no brainer and can't see the relevant authority say no to that!

All is good and safe, even if there is a slight delay past August.
