Can you detail a data your source to support your statement 'that the long sections will be downgraded' and why you think that 'it appears that some tonnes may be downgraded'?

In the December quarter activities report they were pretty clear that the aim of completed drilling to date was to test for extensions to the known resource at depth and along strike.

Those results along strike were very compelling.

- drilling confirmed that the Eastern Zone is robust and typically high to very high-grade.

• KVD117: 18.40m @ 13.2% Zn, 0.6% Cu and 10g/t Ag from 212.90m
• KVD118: 17.05m @ 24.4% Zn, 0.6% Cu and 16g/t Ag from 243.60m
• KVD100: 17.30m @ 29.7% Zn, 1.5% Cu and 27g/t Ag from 260.20m
• KVD100W1: 17.85m @ 30.9% Zn, 1.4% Cu and 22g/t Ag from 282.95m

The Western Zone also indicated good results.

• KVD097: 2.00m @ 4.3% Zn, 0.2% Cu, 3.1% Pb and 58g/t Ag from 126.80m
• KVD099: 1.70m @ 24.7% Zn, 0.2% Cu, 15.2% Pb and 254g/t Ag from 154.30m
• KVD100: 3.45m @ 14.1% Zn, 2.6% Cu, 12.0% Pb and 482g/t Ag from 180.70m
• KVD100W1: 6.15m @ 18.1% Zn, 0.9% Cu, 9.4% Pb and 185g/t Ag from 185.95m

Extensional drilling was mixed with high-grade mineralisation intersected in two holes as follows:

• KVD116: 6.65m @ 14.4% Zn, 0.6% Cu and 15g/t Ag from 218.95m
• KVD124: 4.60m @ 40% sphalerite from 256.10m (visual estimate – not yet assayed)

Granted extensional drilling in these two southern lenses appears to be less continuous than in the main body of the deposit but potential still remains down-plunge and I expect that this is what they were drilling in January.

The other drilling I believe that is occurring now is the drill-out of King Vol Deeps. 700 metres below surface.

I haven't seen anything to indicate that the existing resource will be downgraded. I doubt that weaker results from extensions and deep drilling are accounted for in the JORC resource. Due to the success in confirming the higher grades within the main body in the Western & Eastern zones, I can only the see possibility for a significant upgrade from indicated reserves or from inferred to indicated.
