Dipped their toes they have, but nowhere near have they peaked with serious large positions.

Remember their are some small cap funds in now, but a lot of managed funds have restrictions like a min. of $100mill M.Cap or certain fundamental criteria needing to be met before they can buy.

The company also has been inundated in the last month with insto's wanting to meet up with IFE to know more intimately the story. So buying may happen a bit after.

Now before a stock flies a lot of these insto's want to get set with a lot of stock at a good price. They don't want to bid it up on market if they can avoid it. Below is how I think they may go about it.

I noticed some large buys of 400k plus of the options at 5c not long ago, and I think some larger players have and will continue to buy all loose options. My theory is that as we get closer to expiry date and if the price hangs around here then a lot of option holders will sell their options from 5 to 20c.

To get a large position what they will do is buy as many options as possible from now till then as cheap as possible, and then excercise the options at 75c. That way they get large positions with total cost of up to say 90c or so. Had they try to buy on market 1 mill shares they will push it up way over a $1.

Anyway that is what they may hope, but of course they better buy the options quickly as a few good ann. soon and they will be way late.
