re: Ann: Share Purchase and Convertible Secur... typical of these types of deals and at least it is over now. don't see fwl had any choice but to terminate. it also seems to me that the termination takes away the incentive for springtree to sell down the price. there is no benefit for them to do that now. these shares are where they can amke thier money if they hold them now. no sign of thier normal large sell lines today. let's just see what they do next.
