    I agree, it should actually be worth more if the deal doesnt get through and we get port access

    I always thought the deal stunk anyway as it was highly conditional and the bulk of the consideration was in deferred payments

    70c plus if the deal goes ahead but probably has the potential to go to $2 over time if they decide to develop the asset themselves
