    re: Ann: Notice of initial substantial shareh... Just paperwork. As of 30/8 Farm 1342 Pty Ltd were already a substantial holder with 14,227,764 shares held (the same mentioned in this notice). It appears that the company who owns these shares have become a full subsidiary of another company and therefore the need to announce a shareholding notice.
