BOA have been one of the bigger shorters and suppliers of shares for shorting PLA for the last year.

If you observe their announcements, it usually arrives after they have partially covered their shorts for a period.

This usually signals the end of the bear rally and another period of price decline.

They seem to have very good timing for their shorts as well... As the steeper selloffs have happened days before official announcements of strikes or accidents etc..

For me a BOA announcement became a sure as heck sell signal all of last year..
