A most informative thread folks, especially your contributions RStuff and Yaqona. Really filled a gap in my understanding of this company, so thanks for that.

I have a question though, about the reported cashflow. There's an item described as "Net cash payments for institutional creditor distribution" on the Cash Flow statement for the 2011FY, and from another presentation they published earlier I think it said this was due to the previous Legislation, where - correct me if I'm wrong - they used to collect the payments themselves from the Debtors and forward them onto the Creditors. (And now those payments go into a trust managed by a 4th party).

That other presentation I mentioned says that the last of these items will appear in 2013, after which the last DA's entered into under the old legislation will expire.

My question is, are there only cash OUTFLOWS arising from this item, or are they still taking inflows as well, while some of those old DA's run their course?
