Australia and Vietnam --> Australia aids nearly 50M per annum for Vietnam to promote Green policies. australian GOV give VN a very hard time for this aid. On the other hand, Vietnam, last few months, signed 4-5B deals with Malaysia, south Korea, France and others to build new COAL power stations in Vietnam. It is really upset Australian GOV.
Australian firms in VN will have a very hard time if they want to access to electricy in Vietnam.
