Agree its a pity that any of these mobs like solon are doing it tough but I just think that you might be overly worried.

For what its worth:

2 new substantial holders took @20% of the comapny in early 2011 (that's probaly Solon out of the game).

$13 odd million of sales is @7-8% of $160m sales for the year. Not huge in the scheme of things.

The 'partnership' between CBD and Solon may have been as simple as CBD agree to market solon's panels through part of its marketing chain (in this case Harvey Normans). Could be /probabaly no implications for CBD if solon goes belly up.
