So they're selling an asset for $80m+$32m+$2m=$114m. Their expenses according to the tax implications are just $30m. So they've effectively turned $30m into $114m, minus tax. If they have $100m of cash after the sale, maybe they can turn $100m into $xxxm like they turned $30m into $114m.
The tax bill says something positive about their history, and I hope they can repeat it with the new cash.
I won't be selling for $0.27, a market cap of $70m is too insulting TO accept.
