hardly likely. this company has been around for 2 or 3 decades - with the same name. the present head honcho, became the head honcho about a decade ago.

one thing for certain, as one lot of shareholders sacrifice their lives, their marriages, putting food on the table etc - there will always be another lot of mugs, who will be willing to sacrifice alms, to keep the show on the road.

in broad terms, a lot of directors of exploration companies, must view shareholders, the same way as they see a piece of rock - ie with no empathy. if a dollar can be extracted from a piece of rock, then by the same token a dollar can be extracted from a shareholder.

ahhh buc - but the $2.1m is a staged payment - something like $350,000 on signing, $350,000 in six months time, and another payment in the distant future. there simply has to be another capital raising, in the near future
