I have no idea who this group or family are although they seem incredibly perceptive at spotting a bargain.

I see two catalysts which if coincide will propel RQL back to the mid 50's. The constant seller/s ceasing his operations and news of bad weather in Queensland or North WA. One of these alone should see it at least head back to the mid 40's in the near term.

I still value the company at 90c a share, giving it a market cap of $220 million and meaning it would be trading on a current P/E of 16 which is entirely fair given its lollapalosa qualities of outstanding quantitatives and qualitative factors.
