The Mitsubishi deal looks solid enough, IMO. If another party happened to step in, then one would expect the settlement liability would not be compromised. But nothing to happen for a while. And don't know anything about Grimaldi though.

Guess I'll be best off to break a rule and bottom draw these rather than take a loss as a result of this morning's poor reading whilst hungover. Although being in a mining company that is more about law than rocks is not particularly comforting.
