I don't think that there is a problem with building machines in Adelaide but there is definitely an apparent problem with the way PPY manages the manufacture of their own technology. This looks to be an internal problem and changing manufacturer and/or location will not matter.

But I can bet that PPY have an announcement ready right now for whatever bad news will come from a failed machine delivered ex China.

It will go something like "due to translation and cultural differences we are running behind schedule and it was necessary for our managing director and inventor of our award winning concept to spend considerable time and effort in face to face meetings in China with our chinese manufacturer. Despite the managing directors absolute best efforts to deliver a significant outcome to shareholders we have been let down by the lower skill levels of chinese manufacturers to understand what is needed to deliver a highly complex and significantly advanced machine".
