    I bought into KZl again based on new mgmt going to turn the ship around...

    I guess rasing capital at the lowest share price in more than two years is a good move...

    I don't get it. They have known for quite some time about requiring $16m and only at the last minute decided they need to raise money. They have also known that the sale process of LL hasn't gone great for quite some time.
